The last few years have brought an incredible shift in my life. And along with it, I’ve uncovered the opportunity for deep healing work (physically, mentally, and emotionally). My no-stone-unturned approach to healing has led me down many fascinating paths that would have remained untrodden, were it not for a shocking cancer diagnosis. Knowing from the outset that repressed emotions were in part responsible and had ultimately manifested themselves physically, I directed a huge part of my focus towards uncovering and healing my emotional and energetic body. Ultimately discovering a passion in assisting others in doing the same. As a Certified Emotion Code practioner, I have seen this modality be instrumental in the healing and relief for so many people. Just like WiFi carries unseen information, our emotions and thoughts carry unique vibrational energy. The term 'emotion' comes from the Latin meaning 'energy in motion,' and this energy needs to flow freely through us. When this flow is disrupted, it can create blockages that affect our mental, emotional, and physical health. By understanding and addressing these energetic patterns, we can restore balance and enhance our overall well-being.
Emotions are meant to flow through us, like waves in an ocean, but sometimes they get stuck along the way.
Toddlers release emotions beautifully, albeit loudly, they feel it, they express it and they move on. Unfortunately as we grow we can become conditioned to repress emotions due to:

When emotions become trapped, they can lodge in energy pathways, muscles, and organs, contributing to chronic pain, discomfort, and illness.
Emotionally, these blockages can lead to anxiety, stress, overwhelm, self-sabotage, and relationship issues. On a spiritual level, trapped emotions can manifest as depression, sadness, isolation, grief, loneliness, and numbness. Addressing and releasing these trapped emotions is essential for restoring the natural flow of energy and achieving holistic healing and balance.

Our sessions are designed to be supportive, effective and efficient.
We will use muscle testing (or proxy), intention and targeted techniques, to identify and release trapped emotions to help you find balance and healing. Each session we will be able to release between 5-10 emotions and work on specific issues that you may be facing. It is a good idea to work on releasing emotions over a number of sessions to be able to make the biggest shifts possible and release what is holding you back.
